Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days upon confirmation. Once dispatched, a tracking reference will be provided via email.
  • All orders are handled with precision and care.
  • We offer both Ready-Made (Ready Stock) and Pre-Order items. Please refer to each product description for availability.

Delivery Estimates

  • For Malaysia, deliveries typically arrive within 3-5 working days.
  • For international orders, delivery may take 5–10 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Rates

  • West Malaysia : RM20
  • East Malaysia : RM50
  • International : RM250

TAXES

Any applicable duties or import taxes are to be handled by the recipient.
